01Subscriptions
If GrowthCharters Pro isn't right for you, email support@growthcharters.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment only.
Renewal payments are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within 48 hours of the renewal charge and haven't materially used paid features in that period.
02Course purchases
Individual course purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. Completed assessments that issued a verified badge are non-refundable, because the credential has already been earned and recorded.
03How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. UPI and card processing times depend on your bank.
04Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again. Your score, XP and badges always remain yours, on the free plan, forever.
